Keysempire ("we", "us") operates keysempire.it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any privacy questions that aren't answered here, email support@keysempire.it.

• Contact and billing details you give us at checkout or through the contact form — name, email address, and billing information.
• Your order history and the products you've purchased.
• Basic technical data, like IP address and browser type, used for fraud prevention and site analytics.
• Any messages you send us through support, live chat, or the contact form.

• To process and deliver your order, including emailing your product key and activation guide.
• To respond to support requests and resolve activation or refund issues.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the store secure.
• To send marketing emails only if you've subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We share data only with the service providers that run the store, and only as needed to fulfil your order. We never sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.

• Our payment processor — to securely charge your card or payment method.
• Supabase — our database host, which stores your order records.
• Resend — our transactional email provider, used to deliver your key and order confirmations.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, honor our refund window, and meet our legal and tax obligations, after which data is deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time.

• Ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails instantly, with no effect on order-related emails.

All traffic on Keysempire runs over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection, and access to customer data internally is limited to staff who need it to do their job. We never store your full card number on our servers — that's handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
