Terms of Service

By placing an order or otherwise using Keysempire, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Information, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site to make a purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the price listed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees shown before you confirm. An order is only considered placed once payment has been successfully processed — see our Payment Policy for full details on accepted methods and security.

Product keys sold on Keysempire are sourced through authorized distribution channels and are intended solely to activate the corresponding vendor's software. Using a key remains subject to that vendor's own end-user license agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms.

We act as a reseller of genuine license keys — we are not the software publisher, and our role begins and ends with getting you a working, authentic key and helping if anything goes wrong with activation.

If a key fails to activate and our support team can't resolve it, we'll issue a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Full details, including what is and isn't covered, are on our Refund Information page.

When using Keysempire, you agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer a key that was purchased for personal use.
• Use a stolen card, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, or otherwise attempt to defraud us or the software vendor.
• Use automated tools or bulk-purchasing to buy keys for resale purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent our fraud-prevention or verification checks.

Keysempire is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a product purchased through us. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before pursuing a formal dispute, we ask that you contact our support team first — most issues are resolved quickly without needing to go further.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
